“ Hi, I’m Xuemei Ge (or Mei), a visual & interaction designer based in Finland, creating meaningful digital experiences that blend art, culture, and storytelling.

I believe in the power of design to tell stories, build empathy, and bring people closer to each other — and to the world. My journey started with sculpture, then expanded into new media, interactive technologies, and visual design. I love playful details, poetic narratives, and creating spaces that feel alive.

Over the past 5 years, I’ve worked across UI/UX, brand, VR, event design, and new media art.
I enjoy shaping both physical and digital experiences using tools like Figma, Blender, Unity, Adobe Suite, TouchDesigner, and Midjourney.
